Founders of London’s objective is to advise our clients and provide a tailor made service to sell your property at the most impressive figure and within shortest space of time.

SELLING PROPERTY

We inspect your property and provide you with a free market appraisal and advise you on:

- The recommended asking price for the property.
-  If there are any improvements we would recommend before putting it on the market.
-  The possible target market and the best strategy to achieve it.

We offer a bespoke marketing service which is individually tailored to our clients needs.
‘Full Marketing’  utilising all tools we have available (Some of these tools are brochures, canvassing, email campaigns, internet exposure through property portals and our own website, photographs, floor plans)
or

‘Low-key Marketing’ in another words ‘off-market’ where your property will be treated on an exclusive basis and only exposed to several suitable purchasers already registered with us. This method of marketing is preferred by many of our clients who prefer to sell properties which are never seen on the open market.

Throughout the marketing process, we will keep you entirely updated so that you are informed of all activity and so that we are aware of your situation and any changes.

Founders of London will inform you of all offers on your property and once a buyer has been identified, we will manage the whole process and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the highest price possible. When you accept the offer we will work closely with you the seller, the solicitors, surveyors and anyone else the process may involve, to ensure that your sale goes through.

Sole agency: 1.5%
Subject to min. fee £1000

Multiple agency: 3%
Subject to min. fee £2000

Other Fees:
Energy Performance Certificate:  £100
All fees are not subject to VAT.
