Me and my co-tenant have been renting a flat rented and managed by Founders of London for a little longer than 2 years. During our tenancy we have not experienced any inconvenience caused by the agency and whenever we needed something with regards to the flat, the agency was proactive and helpful. More importantly, we did not feel as if the agency was acting in favor of the landlord with no protection and/or understanding towards the tenant's needs (an issue I have experienced before), and we felt well supported throughout our tenancy. We did use clauses during our tenancy (change of tenant etc.) and there were no hidden costs or any inconvenience, but the process was rather smooth and efficient. All in all, we have been treated well by the agency and we can only give a positive feedback.

Andrzej, the director, is so professional and has been extremely helpful. He's always quick to respond and is an all round nice guy! Helpful with the tenants as well as the landlords. I've been with FOL for 10 years now and they've never let me down.
